Adopted in over 800 cinemas across India, Oman, Dubai, Maldives, Nepal and Singapore, TICKETNEW Box Office Suite is revolutionising ticketing and management performance by maximising profits and revenues for both large and small venues alike.

Our launch into Europe in 2014 saw us open our doors to not only cinema venues, but also sports stadium, theatres and music venues. With offices in Manchester and Barcelona, plus partners in Ireland, the Netherlands, Turkey and Greece, Ticketnew is set to become the ticketing solution of choice throughout the entertainment industry.

Nammalvar RamKumar – Chief Executive (based in India)

Founder and CEO of Orbgen Technologies Pvt. Ltd, Nammalvar has over 20 years of operational and sales experience, including more than 11 years in the online retail space. He was previously founder of a successful BPO employing 300 people, achieving revenues of USD2.5 million and delivering EBITDA margins of 30%.

SasiRaman Venkatesan – Director of Technology (Based in India)

With more than 11 years’ experience in the IT industry, Sasiraman is a technology enthusiast with a passion for building products. Having worked for the Accenture and Microsoft joint venture, Avanade, he has in-depth expertise across e-commerce architecture and applications and is now the lead technologist for Ticketnew.

Michelle Davies – European Sales Director (based in UK)

With over 15 years of key account management experiences as a sales professional within the IT solutions sector, Michelle’s management roles include training and professional services with blue chip clients. At Ticketnew, Michelle takes the commercial lead for negotiating all contracts, product enhancements, account enquires, and any quotes for expansion.

Michelle is also responsible for the development and management of our partner programme, which has expanded to cover many geographies across Europe.

Andy Jones – European Delivery Manager (based in UK)

Andy is a senior programme/project management professional with over 30 years experience of leading major technology change programmes. Prior to joining Ticketnew, he worked in the military, telecommunications and transport sectors, and successfully delivered a major transportation ticketing project in London.

Richard Bailey – European Chief Information Officer (based in UK)

An IT professional with over 20 years’ experience, Richard has a background in Big Data and Transformation Programmes. Having working with Telcos, Retailers and Technology companies, his previous roles included Enterprise Architect for a global recruitment organisation and Europe’s largest cinema chain.

Max Venturini – Head of Professional Services (based in Spain)

A PMBOK-certified graduate technologist with Hewlett Packard, Max has 15 years’ experience of implementing major change programmes. With a wealth of domain knowledge in the ticketing technology market, he has been responsible for two international cinema box office rollout programmes with separate solutions/vendors in Spain and Portugal.

Nathan Jones – Service Delivery Manager

Nathan has been working within the IT industry for over 15 years and has successfully supported numerous applications from websites to mobile applications. He has also rolled out several service desk solutions to enable the best possible customer support is provided.

Nathan carries overall responsibility within the Ticketnew matrix management structure for the successful deployment and on-going support of Ticketnew Customers. Responsible for ensuring effective system operation and excellence in customer support.
